Rental terms

•  The rental is considered definitive after the paying of a 25% deposit of the total rental fee
• The remaining sum due is to be paid on arrival
• A guarantee of 150 €  will be asked for on the arrival date
• An inventory will be carried out on arrival and departure date; any damage to the property, objects missing or broken, will be charged at their full price.
• In the case of a cancellation, no deposit will be refunded unless the chalet can be re-rented to another client
• In the case of special conditions the proprietor reserves the right to cancel the rental; under these circumstances the deposit will be refunded in full.
• Dogs are not allowed (except those accompaning people with special needs).
• Arrival between 15.00H and 19.00H; departure by 10.00H.
• Clients are expected to clean the chalet before leaving; if it is not done a supplement of 30 €  will be charged.
